Mukta is an intern at ISABS. She is the founder and chief
consultant at MUKTA – Liberating Human Potential (a Human
Capital Development and OD Consulting firm) and is
associated with Heidrick and Struggles as an executive Coach.
Mukta paints and writes with passion and has published 4
poetry books. Mukta also dabbles in theatre and uses many
art forms in her work.
