In the Human Process Lab, you will be a part of a small group of 10-12 participants, working together along with facilitator/s to learn more about human behaviour and the various interlinked aspects through experience, reflection and actively experimenting with new behaviours in a “safe space”. You will discover more than ever about yourself, your strengths, your interpersonal and group interactions, how you perceive others, and are perceived by others. The group uses the ‘here and now’ experience to derive this learning, utilising each other as a resource. The role of the facilitator/s will be to support you in creating a climate for such intrinsic learning. Participating in the ISABS Human Process Lab is a deeply transformative journey with benefits that last a lifetime!
When I was in India, I was recommended to take part in the BLHP programme by my brother, a past participant himself. The Lab experience truly impacted my self-perception. I also ‘unlearned’ self-doubt, excessive worrying and self-pity. All this was possible because of the amazing Lab facilitators. I recommend this program to whoever is wants to become a better version of themselves.
I have attended ISABS Lab 1, twice; in 2002 and again in 2020 online. There was a massive shift in my career soon after attending the first session. I used to be a Sales Trainer and soon after ECHO 1, I pursued my Masters in HR and became a Facilitator in Behavioural Change. The Labs have helped me reconnect with my inner self and follow my heart. I have recommended ISABS to many of my friends and will continue doing so.I have attended both Basic and Advanced Labs. The experience helped me improve my interpersonal relationships greatly, both at home and my workplace. The feedback received from co-learners and facilitators helped me identify my hot buttons and manage my anger better. It also gave me clarity on what my priorities are. I also cherish the wonderful mentors and friends I now have in my life.I nominated some of my colleagues to attend the Lab and observed a lot of positive changes in them. They became more authentic in expressing themselves and engaged with people more confidently. They also became better at receiving feedback. These changes have helped them immensely at work, as well as, at home.
