To address the significant gap that exists among corporate, development and governments sectors (Three primary sectors of social and economic production and processes) due to their different culture, mandates, systems and work practices as well as vocabulary.
The same tasks/works are very differently seen by all these stakeholders as they are all sitting at different side of the same table but attempting to do the same work. Thus forming viable, sustainable and productive partnerships is an issue. This requires developing newer and, redefining existing knowledge (ideas, work practices, vocabularies, mind sets etc.) through specialized training on different aspects of institutional and/or organisational development.
ISABS is a non-profit oriented institution willing to provide services to the development sector at so low a cost that is incomparable with the costs of the individual volunteer professional members that drive the training.
