1. Conducting educational and training programmes based on experiential
learning and the laboratory technology. The most prominent activities of the
Society are the "Summer Event" and the "Winter Event".
The Summer Event is held normally for two weeks in May/June every year and
consists of a number of programmes.The Winter Event is also held for two weeks
in November/December.
2. Conducting low-cost weekend laboratories in Basic Human Processes in different
regions to provide opportunity to a large number of people to
gain insights into themselves and their behaviour.
3. Sharing learning and recent developments in human behaviour through
meetings, discussions, seminars and workshops.
4. Conducting research studies to generate more knowledge about human behaviour
in different settings.
5. Conducting long-term professional development programmes for those interested
in developing their skills in Process Learning, Laboratory Training,
Organisation Development and Human Resources Development.
